Schedule & Location of Our Holiday Camp
Our holiday camps run on weekdays over a two-week period, with daily supervision from 8:45 am to 5:15 pm. Each group is kept cosy and creative with a minimum of 8 and a maximum of 16 children.
Daily Schedule*
08:45 – 09:00 Drop-off time
09:00 – 10:15 Yoga, dance & active warm-ups
10:15 – 10:30 Znüni (morning snack)
10:30 – 12:00 Morning art project
12:00 – 12:45 Lunch
12:45 – 15:15 Excursions (indoor or outdoor adventures)
15:30 – 17:00 Afternoon art project
17:00 – 17:15 Pick-up
*Outdoor activities and excursions may be adjusted depending on the weather — creativity never stops, but sometimes umbrellas join the fun.
Language
While most of our instructors speak German, the official camp language is English.
Location
Our camp takes place across two nearby studios: Bederstrasse 94 and Schulhausstrasse 52. Morning drop-offs take place at Bederstrasse 94, while afternoon pick-ups happen at Schulhausstrasse 52. The two locations are only a 3-minute walk apart.
!!! Important Information for Parents (Please Read Before Signing Up) !!!
Age Requirements
Our camp is designed for children aged 6 and above. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate younger children, even if an older sibling is participating. The majority of our campers are between 8 and 9 years old, and the program, activities, and overall pace of the day are tailored specifically to this age group.
Younger children often find it challenging to keep up comfortably, and we want every participant to feel confident, included, and safe. Thank you very much for your understanding.
Drop-off & Pick-up Times
To keep our camp running smoothly, we kindly ask all parents to respect the official drop-off and pick-up times.
Drop-off begins at 8:45 am, and we may not be able to accommodate early arrivals, as our team is preparing the space and activities for the day.
Similarly, we ask that all children are picked up no later than 5:15 pm. If a child is picked up late, an additional supervision fee may apply to cover the staff’s extended time.
Thank you so much for your understanding and cooperation — it helps us create the best possible environment for all campers!
Food
Although we provide food throughout the day, we kindly ask that your child arrives having had a proper breakfast. Our morning snack consists of a smoothie and a cookie, which may not be enough to keep children energized until lunch if they start the day hungry.
Behaviour Expectations
To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all children, we kindly ask parents to understand that repeatedly disruptive behaviour cannot be accommodated.
If a child’s behaviour consistently interrupts the group or prevents activities from running safely, we may need to contact parents for an early pick-up.
Please note that refunds are not possible in such cases.
Children Requiring Additional Support
We want every child to have a positive and safe experience at camp. However, our current team structure does not allow us to provide the level of individual support required for children with certain disabilities or special needs. We have two instructors supervising the group, and they unfortunately do not have the training, resources, or capacity to offer the specialized care, attention, or support that some children may require.
For this reason, we may not be able to accommodate children who need dedicated or specialized support.
We truly appreciate your understanding, and we make this decision solely to ensure the wellbeing and safety of all children in our care.
