No generic restaurant evening, no escape room that everyone already knows. At PIE, you create something together and take home a picture, a ceramic sculpture or a huge canvas at the end. A memory that lasts.
You tell us how many people are coming. We'll take care of the rest. Materials, instructor, aperitif, drinks, everything is waiting for you.
Whether it's relaxed guided painting, crazy action painting or pottery on the wheel, we have over ten activities for every kind of birthday mood.
From a welcome drink to an all-you-can-drink package. Plus aperitif platters, snacks and hot food in the Zurich studio.
Celebrate in our studio in Basel or Zurich, or we can bring the activity directly to you. Garden, terrace, living room: you choose the location.
More than just a birthday party
Arrival & welcome drink
No need to arrive early — we’ll welcome you right on time. Settle in, grab a drink, and ease into the celebration. Your guests too.
Introduction
Your instructor welcomes the group and guides them through the materials and the evening's programme. No previous knowledge necessary, no questions too silly.
Creative activity
Now it's time to party and paint. You set the pace yourself, breaks are possible at any time.
Wrap-up & Group Photos
At the end, everyone comes together, compares their creations, and shares a few laughs. Of course, we’ll capture the moment with some group photos.
After the party
You’ll take your paintings home with you — the perfect memory of the evening. Ceramic pieces need a bit more time: after around 3–4 weeks, they’ll be fired and ready for pickup at the studio, or we can ship them to your home for an additional fee.
Any questions about the birthday at Paint it easy?
Please arrive at the agreed time. There’s no need to come earlier — your welcome moment, including arrival and getting settled, is already planned as part of your celebration.
The whole evening lasts about 3 hours, including activity, drinks, aperitif and group photos. Enough time to really celebrate.
We send the invoice after the party. No advance payment, no stress, you can concentrate fully on your guests.
We need the definitive number of guests at least 7 days before the party. This number will be used for the invoice.
No, all prices are exclusive of 8.1% VAT.
Each person takes their work home with them, the best memory of the evening. If you wish, you can also leave it with us for up to 7 days.
Ceramic pieces take approx. 3 to 4 weeks to finish firing. You can then collect them from the studio or have them delivered to your home for an additional charge.
Of course - we're happy to do that. Just let us know what we need to know and we'll make sure everything is ready before the first guests arrive.
Yes, with the custom theme we develop three motif suggestions to match your desired theme, for example to match the season, a movie or a personal favourite picture.
