Saturday morning art fun for kids (and cool parents too)

No need to change out of your jammies — just roll in, grab a smoothie, and get painting!

This fun-filled Saturday class is made for kids aged 6–12 and packed with creative projects, giggles, and good vibes. Parents are welcome to join and paint side-by-side with their little artists (yes, matching masterpieces are totally a thing).

Here’s how it flows:
🕥 10:15–10:30 → Drop-off + smoothies & snacks
🎨 10:30–12:00 → Guided art project time
📸 12:00–12:15 → Pick-up + silly family photos (encouraged!)

Golden Luster Ceramic Workshop

In this special 2 hours workshop, you will learn how to apply real gold luster to your ceramic pieces and create elegant metallic accents that shine after firing. This class is suitable for beginners as well as returning artists who want to elevate their work with luxurious details.

What we will do:
Over the course of two hours, our instructor will guide you through the process of working with golden luster—how to prepare your ceramic surface, apply the luster safely, create clean lines and decorative highlights, and achieve the best results after firing.

Bring your own pieces – or use ours:
You’re welcome to bring glazed ceramics you previously created in our studio, or you can choose from a small selection of studio pieces provided for the workshop. Gold lustre can be applied to most glazed surfaces, adding beautiful accents such as outlines, patterns, lettering, or decorative highlights.
One medium sized piece to paint is included, and you can still choose more items on the spot.

Important information:
1. Health & Safety
Golden luster is a speciality ceramic material that contains real gold and should be handled with care. It has a strong smell, so we’ll use small amounts and keep the room well-ventilated. Please avoid touching your face while painting and wash your hands thoroughly afterwards.

Keep luster away from food, drinks, and personal items. A tiny bit goes a long way—use it sparingly and always keep jars closed when not in use. If you’re pregnant or sensitive to strong scents, please let us know so we can offer extra guidance or alternatives.

We’ll show you exactly how to apply the luster safely, and all firing is done by us. Your golden pieces will be ready for pickup in about two weeks.

2. FIRING
Golden luster requires a separate firing at a lower temperature. Because of this, you will not be able to take your pieces home after the class.
Firing takes approximately 2 weeks, after which you can pick up your finished ceramics at the studio.

3. Cost & amount
Please note: Gold luster is a very precious material — it contains real gold and is therefore quite expensive. For this reason, we use it only in small amounts during the workshop and allow only limited golden details. This ensures that everyone has enough material and that we can work with it responsibly.

You can swap your canvas for a ceramic plate (up to Ø 28 cm) for an additional fee.

Couples, besties, or family duos — this one’s for you:
You can choose to paint in pairs, where two canvases become one artwork. The theme will be split in two, and each of you paints one half that aligns perfectly with the other.

Just let us know on the spot, and we’ll set you up!

At Riverside Radiance, you’ll bring a vibrant riverside scene to life: glowing skies, dancing bushes, and a river that’s clearly in a great mood.

With bold colours, sweeping strokes, and your own creative spark, this peaceful view turns into a full-on mood. We’ll guide you step-by-step — no painting experience needed, just a little flow and a love for sunsets.

Perfect for anyone who’s into colour, calm vibes, and bringing a bit of golden hour home.


✨ How the PIE Events Work
Treat yourself to a creative experience, where you can unwind, sip & snack, and have fun with your friends — or make new ones — as you paint and craft your way through a feel-good session led by our lovely local artists.

Most of our events take place in our beautiful, cozy studios — full of color, good vibes, and a warm, artistic atmosphere. Occasionally, we also pop up in local bars, restaurants, or outdoor locations during the sunny season.

No prior experience? No problem! We provide everything:

• A chill, friendly atmosphere
• All the necessary art supplies
• Pre-prepared templates
• Step-by-step guidance from our instructors

All you need to bring is your good vibes and curiosity! Whether you’re painting or getting crafty, you’ll leave with your own unique creation and plenty of great memories.

Every event includes a complimentary welcome drink to get your creativity flowing. You can choose from:

• A soft drink or hot drink
• A glass of wine, prosecco, or beer
• Or our Cocktail of the Week (rotates weekly)

Want to upgrade your welcome drink? We serve a curated selection of cocktails, mocktails, smoothies and more for just CHF 5–9 more.

🍴 Feeling peckish? Our Creative Café offers a delicious à la carte menu throughout the session — featuring homemade wraps, salad bowls, finger foods, and healthy snacks — perfect for fueling your inner artist. Extra drinks are also available at regular menu prices.

• Arrival: Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to grab your drink and settle in. If you arrive earlier, we cannot guarantee that we can seat you or let you into the venue yet. Thank you for your understanding! 💛
• Cancellations: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable within 36 hours. You can reschedule your spot up to 72 hours before the event.
• Alcohol: Served only to guests aged 18+.

Crash. Curl. Colour. A wave comes alive on canvas.

In this semi-guided textured session, you’ll ride the swell — a giant wave rising from the sea, ready to tumble and curl. Using modelling paste and paint, you’ll build layers of frothy foam, dynamic water movement, and the energy of the ocean captured in bold, sculpted strokes. Think drama, texture, and a playful sense of motion in every crest and curl.

No experience needed — just a love for texture, colour, and a bit of creative adventure. You’ll leave with a tactile, vibrant seascape that’s bursting with energy, movement, and watery wonder.

At our semi-guided events, you get a clear theme and technique to start with – think of them as your creative launchpad. From there, it’s all about what you do with it.

Our artist guides are there to show you the essentials, share tips, and keep you inspired… but the real magic happens when you dive into your own creative waters ;) Follow the guidance closely or take a playful detour – both paths are perfect.

It’s the ideal balance of support and self-expression: enough structure to feel confident, enough freedom to surprise yourself. A little deeper, a little more intentional, and always a lot of fun.
