In this oil painting session, we take a very similar playful and elegant subject, but explore it through the richness and depth of oils, building luminous layers and soft transitions that bring the scene to life.

You’ll learn how to create transparent effects in glass using oil techniques — how to suggest liquid, reflection, and refraction without over-defining every detail. Oil Painting - Safety Info
In our oil painting workshops we use turpentine, which produces strong vapours and must be handled with care. For this reason, the workshop is recommended for guests aged 15+ and not suitable during pregnancy or for children.

We provide gloves for safe painting, and the studio is well ventilated to ensure a comfortable environment. If you have any concerns, our instructors are happy to help.

Time to throw perfection out the window and lean into the mess. In this semi-guided abstract session, we’re mixing bold colours, big moves. After feeding you with some of the coolest inspiration from contemporary abstract painting, you’ll play with layering, texture, and all kinds of expressive techniques until your canvas screams: “Yeah, I meant to do that.” 

It’s not about knowing what you’re doing — it’s about trusting your creative gut and having a damn good time doing it.

You arrive, take a breath, pick your welcome drink and settle into your spot at the table where the magic will happen. We start on time, so make sure you`re there and ready to dive in.

Next, your instructor takes the stage, giving you a quick, easy intro to the materials — a clear theme and technique to start with – think of them as your creative launchpad. From there, it’s all about what you do with it.

Then the fun really begins. Our instructors are there to show you the essentials, share tips, and keep you inspired… but the real magic happens when you dive into your own creative waters ;) Follow the guidance closely or take a playful detour – both paths are perfect.
It’s the ideal balance of support and self-expression: enough structure to feel confident, enough freedom to surprise yourself. A little deeper, a little more intentional, and always a lot of fun.

At the end, we bring everyone together for a group photo — your finished piece, great vibes.

In this action painting session, you’ll suit up in full-body protective overalls, grab your colours, and step into a space designed for making a glorious mess. Channel your inner Pollock as you throw, pour, drip, and smear paint with energy and spontaneity.

But this experience can be as wild — or as introspective — as you want it to be.

Beyond the action, this workshop also opens the door to intuitive painting: a space to slow down, tune in, and connect with your inner landscape. Through a short but meaningful introduction to colour theory, you’ll explore how thoughts and emotions can be translated into colour, movement, and form.

You’ll experiment with layering, different tools, and a wide range of mark-making techniques — from bold, expressive gestures to more subtle, intentional strokes. Throwing paint is just one of many possibilities — you choose where to place your focus.

Next, your instructor takes the stage, giving you a quick, easy intro to the materials and tools — showing you what’s possible, how to move, splash, layer, and play. Nothing overwhelming, just getting you comfortable and ready to experiment.

Then the fun really begins. You’ll explore layering, different tools, and a wide range of mark-making techniques. The space is yours to explore: move between the splashing area, where you can let loose, and the refining area, where you can slow things down and shape your piece. Throughout the session, your instructor is there to guide you with personal tips and support.

At the end, we bring everyone together for a group photo — with your finished piece and great vibes.

No prior experience? No problem! We provide everything*:

• A chill, friendly atmosphere
• All the necessary art supplies
• Full-body overalls and shoe protection
• A mix of demonstration & individual guidance
  
  * We provide protective overalls, but we highly recommend not wearing your favourite or most expensive clothes, as paint may still seep through. Please also bring a pair of socks that you don’t mind getting paint on or wet.
