A portrait session for devoted humans and the four-legged icons they adore.
Your pet is already a star — now it’s time to immortalise them in paint.

In this custom, joy-filled session, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind portrait of your beloved animal (real, imagined, or emotionally adopted). Think soulful eyes, majestic fluff, and maybe a tiny crown or a glass of wine in paw — because obviously.

After you book, you’ll send us a few photos of your pet. Our artist will choose the most paint-worthy one and prepare a drawing template for you, so when you show up, the canvas (or plate!) is ready and waiting. Yes — you can also choose to paint your pet onto a ceramic plate. Because what’s better than eating spaghetti off your dog’s face? Nothing.

With step-by-step guidance and space for your weirdest, cutest ideas, this session is part portrait, part love letter, and 100% celebration.

No experience needed — just a good pet photo and a little flair.

To prepare your personal pet portrait, please send us 3–5 good-quality photos of your pet to:

What we need:

• High resolution (we will print the photos)
• Your pet’s face clearly visible (we only paint the portrait)
• Preferably direct light with clear light and shadow – this makes the painting process much easier for you
• Ideally a closed mouth (no visible teeth or tongue) – also helps keep the painting process simple and relaxed

Deadline:
Please send your photos at least 3 days before the workshop.
If we don’t receive your photos by then, your booking will be automatically moved to the next available workshop date, so we can prepare everything properly.

Catch the first light of day!
In this painting session, we’re greeting the dawn. Against a glowing horizon, you’ll paint fields of red flowers shimmering with morning dew, grasses touched by cool colours, and the rising sun just peeking through. With soft strokes and fresh tones, you’ll capture that fleeting moment when night turns into day.

Along the way, you’ll learn how to build soft, seamless colour gradients for a morning sky, and how to control transitions so they feel natural and atmospheric rather than harsh. We’ll also explore how to break down strong tube colours and refine them into muted, misty tones that match the softness of dawn light.

A special focus will be on creating textural floral elements using a professional tool: the palette knife – learning how to layer, shape, and add expressive texture to your foreground. You’ll also get an introduction to colour harmony and atmospheric colour mixing, helping you better understand how light, mood, and colour temperature work together in a landscape.

You can choose to paint in pairs, where two canvases become one artwork. The theme is split in two, and each of you paints one half that aligns perfectly with the other.

In this semi-guided textured session, you’ll ride the swell — a giant wave rising from the sea, ready to tumble and curl. Using modelling paste and paint, you’ll build layers of frothy foam, dynamic water movement, and the energy of the ocean captured in bold, sculpted strokes. Think drama, texture, and a playful sense of motion in every crest and curl.

No experience needed — just a love for texture, colour, and a bit of creative adventure. You’ll leave with a tactile, vibrant seascape that’s bursting with energy, movement, and watery wonder.
