Our Neon Action Painting Workshop combines the freedom and excitement of Action Painting with the spectacular world of fluorescent colours and UV light, creating abstract artworks that transform before your eyes.

After a short introduction, your instructor will guide the group through a series of Action Painting techniques while explaining the artistic principles behind strong abstract compositions. You’ll explore layering, movement, colour relationships, texture and composition as your painting gradually develops over approximately two hours. Rather than following a predefined design, every splash, brushstroke and creative decision becomes the inspiration for the next, allowing your artwork to evolve naturally from one moment to another.

Action Painting is an intuitive creative journey. Every mark on the canvas invites a new response, creating a continuous process of experimenting, observing and building upon what has already emerged. Throughout the workshop, you’ll work with a wide variety of paints, bottles, brushes, palette knives, rollers and other creative tools while your instructor demonstrates techniques, shares artistic insights and offers individual guidance whenever you need it.

And then the magic begins.

As the studio lights fade and the UV lights come to life, your painting reveals an entirely new personality. Fluorescent colours begin to glow, hidden details suddenly appear, and layers you barely noticed under daylight transform into vibrant, luminous compositions. What felt exciting before suddenly becomes immersive.

No two paintings will ever look alike. While everyone explores the same techniques together, each participant follows their own creative path, discovering a unique balance between spontaneity, intuition and artistic intention.

In this acrylic session, you’ll paint Banksy’s iconic little girl — this time letting go of a cluster of drifting balloons — set against a bold, abstract background full of colour, texture, and playful motion. You’ll learn how to build dynamic layers with brushes and palette knives, blending shapes and strokes to create a vibrant atmosphere that makes the figure and balloons feel weightless.

No experience needed — just drop in, follow the guided steps, and enjoy painting something expressive, modern, and full of lift.

The sea was already awake, moving slowly.
This is a place you return to in memory — solid, calm, built layer by layer. A reminder that not everything needs to be light or perfect to be beautiful. Some things are meant to be felt, not thinned down.

In this textured painting session, we’ll work with modelling paste to create depth, structure, and a truly tactile landscape. You’ll learn how to effortlessly blend colour into the paste itself and apply it in different ways across the canvas, building surfaces that feel almost sculptural.

We’ll explore how to mix beautiful muted yet vibrant tones inspired by a Northern European landscape — atmospheric, cool, and quietly luminous rather than Mediterranean brightness. Pollock in Pyjamas is our energetic Saturday Action Painting experience for children aged 6–12 who love to move, experiment and create without limits. Inspired by the freedom of Action Painting, every session encourages young artists to discover colours, movement and their own imagination in a playful, pressure-free environment.

After a short creative introduction, our artist demonstrates exciting Action Painting techniques and shows how different tools can create completely different effects. Then it’s time to let loose. Children splash, drip, flick, roll and layer paint while discovering that every mark on the canvas becomes the starting point for the next creative idea.

There are no predefined motifs and no right or wrong answers—only curiosity, experimentation and colourful surprises.

Towards the end of the workshop, we switch off the lights and turn on the UV lights. Suddenly fluorescent paints begin to glow, colours transform, and the studio becomes an entirely new creative playground. Children can continue painting under blacklight or simply enjoy watching their artwork come to life in a completely different way.

Each participant creates their own artwork on a 30 × 40 cm canvas, with the option to upgrade to a larger canvas during booking.

Parents are welcome to join the experience and paint alongside their children—or simply relax in our lounge while the little artists enjoy their creative adventure.
