This fun-filled Saturday class is made for kids aged 6–12 and packed with creative projects, giggles, and good vibes. Parents are welcome to join and paint side-by-side with their little artists (yes, matching masterpieces are totally a thing).

Get ready to tilt, swirl, flip, and pour! In this hands-on 3-hour workshop, you’ll learn two of the most satisfying acrylic pouring techniques: Dutch Pour and Kiss Pour.
We’ll liquefy the paint, then let gravity, colour, and a bit of messy magic do the rest. With every tilt of the canvas, new patterns emerge — swirls, cells, waves, and very cool accidents.
You’ll create 3 unique artworks on 30 × 30 cm canvases, and yes:

Here you will find the perfect place to experiment with colours, discover new techniques, get to know people and have lots of new experiences and fun. Whether you prefer to paint for yourself or be creative in a group, whether you are a professional or a beginner - you will find exactly the right mix in our painting courses.
FAQs - Everything you need to know about our painting courses
The duration depends on your chosen programme. We offer events lasting two to three hours, three- to four-hour workshops, courses lasting several days, flexible painting or free time in the PIE Creative Café Zurich. Just take a look at our programme. You can find all our painting courses and details here.
No, you don't need them with us. Just come along and have a go. But we would of course also be delighted if you could enrich our painting courses with your knowledge.
In our painting courses you will learn things like acrylic painting, oil painting, graffiti spraying or watercolour painting. In the end, you should find your own style in painting. We offer many different courses - whether portrait or abstract, you are sure to find exactly what suits you.
Anyone can take a painting course with us. We have painting courses for beginners as well as for advanced painters - including painting courses for children. You would like to paint in a group - we also offer group events.
We recommend starting with drawing - it is the basis for everything else. After that, acrylic painting is perfect: easy to handle, quick drying and easy to correct. If you just want to try us out, book one of our events for a creative experience with no prior knowledge.
Of course you can take the paintings home with you. Your masterpiece is all yours.
