Luck, layers, and lots of brushstrokes.
In Japanese culture, koi fish symbolise good fortune, strength, and longevity — often seen gliding through peaceful ponds surrounded by blooming flowers and lush greenery. Their vibrant colours (especially deep reds) are said to bring luck and new beginnings — making them a perfect muse for your next painted masterpiece.
In this relaxed and expressive ceramic painting event, you’ll paint a beautiful koi-inspired scene using layered, watercolour-like glazes and flowing brushwork — all on a ceramic plate that’s made to last.
We’ll guide you through the process step by step, but there’s plenty of room for personal flair. Whether you go bold with reds or peaceful with pastels, your piece will be uniquely yours — and totally ready to shine on your kitchen wall (or breakfast table).
Includes a coffee and gipfeli - the perfect way to start your Sunday morning!
✨ How PIE Events Work
