You can get everything you need for painting mugs in our studio. You can choose the ceramic blanks here. The focus is then on the experience. You can then paint your blank in the PIE Creative Café while enjoying a coffee and a nice chat. Whether you want to create simple patterns, colourful areas or small works of art - anything is possible.

Saturday morning art fun for kids (and cool parents too)
No need to change out of your jammies — just roll in, grab a smoothie, and get painting!
This fun-filled Saturday class is made for kids aged 6–12 and packed with creative projects, giggles, and good vibes. Parents are welcome to join and paint side-by-side with their little artists (yes, matching masterpieces are totally a thing).
Here’s how it flows:

Your pet is already a star — now it’s time to immortalise them in paint.
In this custom, joy-filled session, you’ll create a one-of-a-kind portrait of your beloved animal (real, imagined, or emotionally adopted). Think soulful eyes, majestic fluff, and maybe a tiny crown or a glass of wine in paw — because obviously.
After you book, you’ll send us a few photos of your pet. Our artist will choose the most paint-worthy one and prepare a drawing template for you, so when you show up, the canvas (or plate!) is ready and waiting. Learn to paint cups - our offers
In addition to the casual painting of the blanks available here in the PIE Creative Café, you can of course also simply book a course. Forget ceramic workshops where nobody talks and everyone just paints in silence. Here we laugh, drink and paint creatively. Whether you conjure up a name, a pattern or your very own work of art on the mug - you decide the look. Beginner or pro? Doesn't matter - we'll do it.

Forget boring off-the-peg porcelain - here you can design your own unique piece. With us, mug painting is a mix of creative freedom, lots of fun, tasty snacks and conversation. It's easy to go from a ceramic blank to your personal favourite mug.
I've never painted a mug before - can I still take part?
You should already have some experience at the PIE Creative Café, as you can simply get started here once you've booked a table.

FAQ - Everything else you need to know
You reserve a table in advance and can then get started for yourself. You don't need to bring anything. You can choose the mug blanks here and you can also get all the other materials from us.
Professional ceramic colours that are food-safe and dishwasher-safe after firing.
Unfortunately not - it has to be fired in a ceramic kiln first. Collection is possible after approx. one week
Better not - acrylic doesn't last. We provide you with the right ceramic colours.
Yes, after the firing process they survive every rinse cycle.
