What we will be doing
A hands-on ceramics workshop where crisp lines, bold patterns, and satisfying reveals take center stage.
Painting with glaze is fun. Painting with tape is genius.
In this creative session, you’ll explore the magic of masking — using tape and stencils to create bold shapes, clean lines, and the irresistible joy of peeling back your design to reveal what’s underneath.
Here’s how it works:
You’ll start with two pre-fired ceramic pieces (one medium, one large — included in the class). Then you’ll map out your pattern, mask it with precision, glaze it with flair, and peel it back to see your masterpiece come to life.
What you’ll learn:
- How to design with tape and stencils for strong visual impact
- Glaze layering techniques for contrast and clarity
- Tips for avoiding smudges, gaps, or drips
- The confidence to get bold and try something new
You’ll leave with:
- Two finished ceramic pieces glazed and ready to fire
- A new masking skillset and a few design tricks
- That “ooh!” feeling when the tape comes off just right
All tools and materials are included. Additional or larger pieces available on site for an extra charge.

🔥 Firing & Pickup
We take care of firing your ceramic piece after the workshop.
Firing takes approx. 3 weeks – we’ll contact you when your piece is ready for pickup.

📋 Good to Know
- Arrival: Please come 10–15 minutes early to settle in and grab your welcome drink
- Cancellations: Tickets are transferable, but non-refundable within 36 hours
- Rescheduling: Possible up to 72 hours before the workshop
- Pickup: Pieces are ready around 4 weeks after your session
- All levels welcome — no experience needed, just curiosity and a willingness to get a little messy
- Alcohol: Only served to guests aged 18+
