What we will be doing

Welcome to the buttery, vibrant, totally absorbing world of oil paint. In this four-week course, you’ll learn how to handle this beautiful (and sometimes mysterious) medium with confidence. Whether you’re an absolute beginner or just want to brush up your skills, this is the perfect place to start.
We’ll show you the essentials — from colour mixing and brushwork to using light and shadow — through hands-on exercises and guided demos. You’ll explore different tools, learn how to work safely with solvents, and build up your painting layer by layer. And yes, we’ll make sure you know what all those weirdly shaped brushes actually do.

During the first class, we’ll take a little extra time to get to know each other — and we’ll toast to the beginning of your creative journey with a welcome drink. 📦 A Few More Things to Know
- Please arrive 15 minutes early to settle in and connect with your classmates
- We’ll safely store your artwork between sessions and package it beautifully at the end
- Cancellations: Tickets are transferable but non-refundable within 36 hours. You can reschedule your spot up to 72 hours before the first class
- Keep practicing! Our Studio Classes are the perfect way to keep that brush moving
