Ready to get your hands muddy and your creativity moving? In this fun and friendly ceramics event, you’ll step up to the potter’s wheel and learn how to throw your very own handmade ceramic plate — no experience required.

We’ll walk you through the basics of centering, shaping, and pulling on the wheel, then guide you step by step as you throw a plate from scratch. Expect a few wobbles (everyone has them!), a lot of laughs, and a deeply satisfying moment when you realise: hey, I made that.

Once it’s shaped, you’ll decorate your piece with brush on colours — giving your plate some personality and flair before we fire and glaze it for you.

This event is perfect for total beginners and curious creatives. It’s chill, guided, and all about trying something new, tactile, and totally fun.

Saturday morning sculpting for kids (and cool parents too)

Sculpting in PJs? Yes please.
This playful Saturday morning class is made for kids aged 6–12 who want to squish, shape, and sculpt their way through clay. From mini statues to funky mugs, we get hands-on and a little messy — all in the name of creativity.

Parents are welcome to join and co-create with their kids. Whether you’re making masterpieces together or working side-by-side, it’s a weekend win.

Here’s how it flows:
🕥 10:15–10:30 → Drop-off + smoothies & snacks
🎨 10:30–12:00 → Clay sculpting session
📸 12:00–12:15 → Pick-up + silly family photos (encouraged!)

We’ll guide your little sculptors every step of the way — no experience needed, just a love for making things with your hands.

Finished pieces will stay with us for drying and firing and can be picked up about 2 weeks later.
