Home / Painting Palettes
There is a lot of misbelief about how a palette should look like, and what it should be made out of. In the end it all comes down to personal preferences, but let us share some experience with you. The best if its completely flat and relatively big. So that you have place on it to experiment and what is totally undervalued: a flat surface is the easiest to clean! When you are finished, remove the excess paint with a palette knife and let the surface dry (couple of minutes) Then spray water on it...let it set for 2-3 minutes and easily scrape the acrylic paint off with an inexpensive tool (ice scraper).
