Is this course right for me?

The course is specifically tailored for beginners with no prior illustration experience or knowledge. However, we do suggest having some background in drawing or having attended our "Introduction to Drawing" course for an enhanced learning experience.
For more experienced students, we recommend attending our advanced illustration courses and joining our Studio Classes.

Some important things to keep in mind:

  • We encourage all students to arrive 15 minutes before the start of class. This will allow us to start on time and will give you the opportunity to socialize with other students and share painting tips, discuss at-home practice, and provide help or receive help from others. This will help everyone improve their skills and achieve better results.
  • We will be happy to store your artwork throughout the course. On the last class we nicely package it so you can take it home and have guiding references while practicing your newly acquired skills.
  • This course will provide you with the basic knowledge and skills needed for illustration, but it is important to practice regularly to fully incorporate this knowledge. Our studio classes offer the opportunity to continue practicing in a community of like-minded individuals multiple times a week.
